The area is great for surfing, sailing, swimming, paragliding,

bird watching, walking the coastal path,
exploring the caves, coves,and quays. 
Take time to visit the many lovely castles that Pembrokeshire has.
Go further afield to the Preseli Hills, Cardigan, and the north coast,
Camarthen and the south coast, Tenby and Saundersfoot are a must.
